2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Security: You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and passwords (including third-party Google Authentication tokens).

Data Integrity: You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or malicious code through basket custom items or profiles.

Communication: By subscribing, you agree to receive essential service announcements and updates.
3. Premium & Billing

Subscriptions: Active plans (Monthly/Annual Premium) are billed automatically through the App Store or Google Play Store.

Cancellations: You can cancel premium renewals at any time in store settings. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds: All transactional refund inquiries must be processed according to platform store policies.
4. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: Basketli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or synchronization speeds.

Data Loss: While we use secure Firebase backups, we are not liable for accidental data loss arising from device damage, offline usage, or network failure.
